WHAT HOMEOWNERS SAY
A Reputation Built One Project At A Time.
Different homes. Different projects. The same goal — work we're proud to put our name on.
Renovations & Home Improvements
Basement Renovation
"Mi-Casa helped us turn an unfinished part of our basement into a space we can actually use. Communication was good throughout and they kept us updated whenever something changed."
- Rajiv M. | Burnaby, BC
Bathroom Renovation
"We're very happy with the bathroom. They helped us work through the layout and finishes without making the process complicated. Everything came together beautifully."
- Mei L. | Richmond, BC
Home Renovation
"We had several smaller projects that had been piling up and wanted one company that could handle everything. It was much easier having one team coordinate the work instead of finding separate contractors."
- Thomas B. | Port Moody, BC
Fencing & Outdoor Projects
Cedar Fence
"The new cedar fence looks fantastic and feels much sturdier than what was there before. The crew was respectful of our neighbours and cleaned everything up when they finished."
- Harpreet S. | Surrey, BC
Fence Repair
"I thought we'd have to replace the whole fence, but they were able to repair the damaged posts and save most of it. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell us more work than we needed."
- Michael R. | Coquitlam, BC
Gate & Privacy Fence
"Really pleased with the gate and privacy section they built for us. The little details were done properly and the gate closes perfectly."
- Sofia K. | New Westminster, BC
Painting & Finishing
Interior Painting
"Clean lines, no mess and the rooms look completely refreshed. They covered everything carefully and left the house clean at the end of each day."
- Emily C. | North Vancouver, BC
Exterior Painting
"Our house had quite a bit of peeling paint and needed more prep than we expected. They explained what needed to be done instead of just painting over it. Very happy with the result."
- Arjun P. | Delta, BC
Cabinet Painting
"The cabinets turned out better than I expected. The finish is smooth and our kitchen looks much newer without having to replace everything."
- Elena V. | White Rock, BC
Flooring
Vinyl Plank Flooring
"Great experience. They replaced the old carpet with vinyl plank and the difference is huge. The transitions and baseboards look especially clean."
- David W. | Port Coquitlam, BC
Hardwood Wood
"We were particular about the direction and layout of the flooring because of the shape of our main floor. They took the time to plan it properly and we're very happy with how it flows between rooms."
- Jing Z. | Vancouver, BC
Floor Repairs
"We had a damaged section near the kitchen and were worried the whole floor would need to come out. They repaired the problem area and matched it surprisingly well."
- Luca M. | Maple Ridge, BC
Cleaning & Home Services
Deep Cleaning
"Our house needed a serious reset after months of renovations. The team got into areas I honestly hadn't even thought about. Walking into the house afterward felt completely different."
- Priya N. | Langley, BC
Weekly Cleaning
"Reliable, friendly and consistent. Having the same standard of cleaning each visit is what mattered most to us."
- Grace H. | Pitt Meadows, BC
Move-Out Cleaning
"We booked pretty last minute before handing over the keys. They showed up when promised and took care of everything without us having to chase them. Huge help during a stressful week."
- Andrew S. | Abbotsford, BC
